Things to know about the 2014/15 Champions League play-off draw

Last night, the second leg of the third qualifying round of the Champions League took place, and now everyone knows the 20 names that have won tickets to the play-off round. The Gunners could face Athletic Bilbao (Spain), Lille (France), Copenhagen (Denmark), Standard Liege (Belgium), Besiktas (Türkiye).

In the championship tournament, Red Bull Salzburg (Austria), Steaua Bucharest (Romania), Apoel (Cyprus), BATE Borisov (Belarus) and Ludogorets Razgrad (Bulgaria) are seeded. Their opponents could be Maribor (Slovenia), Legia Warsaw (Poland), Slovan Bratislava (Slovakia), Malmo (Sweden) and Aalborg (Denmark).

The first leg of the Champions League play-off will take place on August 19-20, with the return leg taking place a week later.
