To highlight the richness of architecture around us, Lonely Planet has compiled a detailed list of structures that seem to "fall from the sky".

Unique basket-shaped building in Newark, Ohio, USA. The 16,700 m2 building owned by Longaberger Company was officially completed in 1997 for $32 million.
