Many people beat eggs with soy milk, thinking that doing so will be more nutritious and can increase the nutrients. In fact, the opposite is true, because the egg whites combine with the trypsin enzyme in soy milk to form a precipitate that is difficult for the body to absorb, and this substance also destroys the nutrients in eggs and soy milk.

Do not add brown sugar when drinking soy milk. Brown sugar contains many organic acids such as lactic acid, acetic acid... which combine with proteins and calcium to form denatured compounds that destroy the nutrients in soy milk, while also affecting the body's absorption and digestion.

When drinking soy milk, you should eat some snacks such as cakes, bread, dumplings, etc. or starch products. Starch helps secrete gastric juice, allowing the nutrients in soy milk to be digested and absorbed completely.

For adults, you should not drink more than 500ml at a time, otherwise it can easily lead to stomachache and diarrhea because the nutrients in soy milk are not fully absorbed, negatively affecting digestion.

Do not take medicine with soy milk. Some medicines, especially antibiotics such as tetracycline and erythromycin, can destroy nutrients in soy milk.
