Graduated from Hanoi University; Master of Business Administration, National Economics University.

From 1994 to 2003, Ms. Thu worked in many positions at the Institute of Post-Harvest Technology; Representative Office of Singer & Fredlander Holding Ltd; In 2004, Ms. Thu worked as Head of Investment Trust Department, Cash Flow Management Department, Petroleum Finance Company.

Starting in 2008, Ms. Thu moved to become Deputy General Director of OceanBank. Three years later in 2011, Ms. Thu officially held the highest executive position at OceanBank, General Director and member of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Tran Hai Anh, General Director of National Citizen Bank (NCB)

Ms. Tran Hai Anh, born in 1967.

Master of Business Administration from the University of Nantes

Ms. Tran Hai Anh joined NCB in May 2013 as Chief of Office of the Board of Directors and Head of the Northern Head Office.

In February 2014, Ms. Tran Hai Anh was officially appointed to the position of General Director of NCB.

Coming from the senior leadership of Southern Bank with the title of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, after 10 years of working there, in mid-2013, Ms. Tran Hai Anh suddenly moved to NCB in the position of Chief of the Board of Directors Office and Head of the Northern Head Office.

Currently, NCB is still in the process of restructuring the bank and has "replaced" all members of the Board of Directors and is in the process of perfecting the organizational structure.

Ms. Tran Hai Anh is known as the wife of Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gami Group, currently a major shareholder of NCB, "taking over" the bank from Mr. Dang Thanh Tam.

With the change in brand identity of Viet Capital Bank (formerly Gia Dinh Bank), Ms. Phuong was elected to the Board of Directors and held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of this bank from February 2012 to May 2013. In the role of Chairman, Ms. Phuong is responsible for vision orientation, strategic management, and supporting the Executive Board with the goal of making Viet Capital Bank a leading financial service provider in the market.

Ms. Phuong is the individual shareholder holding the largest percentage of shares at VietCapitalBank with a ratio of 4.9%.

In addition, Ms. Phuong is also the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of 3 other companies: Ban Viet Fund Management Company, Ban Viet Securities Company and Ban Viet Real Estate Company.

Before joining VietCapitalBank, Ms. Phuong was Deputy CFO of Holcim Vietnam, a multinational corporation headquartered in Switzerland; Investment Director of the Swiss Investment Fund VietnamHolding, listed on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao was born in 1970.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Pheklanov National Economics University, Russian Federation; Bachelor of Finance - Banking Credit, University of Commerce, Russian Federation; PhD in Automatic Control at Mendeleev Institute (Moscow - Russian Federation).

Before joining the Board of Directors of HDBank in 2008, Ms. Thao was the founder and administrator at VIB and Techcombank.

Currently, Ms. Thao holds about 6% of HDBank's charter capital, and is participating in the management of many other large companies in Vietnam and abroad such as Chairman of Phu Long Real Estate Company, CEO of Sovico Group, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sovico Ltd., (Russian Federation)...

Ms. Thao is the wife of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sovico Group.

Ms. Phuong Thanh Nhung, Acting General Director of Viet A Bank (VietABank).

Ms. Phuong Thanh Nhung, born in 1981.

Joining VietABank since April 2013 as a member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Nhung was then appointed as Acting General Director of VietABank.

Ms. Phuong Thanh Nhung is the daughter of Mr. Phuong Huu Viet, currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of VietABank since 2011.
