Young talents of Ha Tinh are shining in SLNA shirt
(Baonghean.vn) - Since 2018, SLNA has started recruiting on a national scale. This has created conditions for many young players from neighboring Ha Tinh to be specially selected and become promising young talents of the team.
Song Lam Nghe An, formerly known as Song Lam Nghe Tinh, is not only the pride of Nghe An people but also holds an important place in the hearts of Ha Tinh fans. And of course, the few Ha Tinh players who grew up from SLNA and played for the Vinh Stadium team like Tran Phi Son are always proud of this.
Although the professional football team Hong Linh Ha Tinh has just been transferred and is still playing in the First Division, not promoted to V.League, Ha Tinh is still a locality that has become an address to provide young talent for professional football training "furnaces" in the country. Players such as Dinh Thanh Trung, Tran Phi Son, Bui Tien Dung are successful players and have affirmed their talents in different football teams.

As one of the famous training centers of Vietnamese football, SLNA took the lead and officially recruited students on a national scale since 2018. This has opened up opportunities for Ha Tinh boys to become professional players.
A typical example is Phan Duy Hao. He was born in 2005 in Phu Luu commune, Loc Ha district. Coming from a family with no football tradition, Duy Hao's mother is a teacher and his father is a soldier, but he has a special love for SLNA and has been passionate about playing football since he was a child.
In 2015, after the Ha Tinh Province Children's Tournament, Duy Hao was called to join the PTF Club (Ha Tinh City School Football Talent Class). In 2017, he was borrowed by the HAGL Club to participate in the National U13 Tournament. Good physique, strong running steps, skillful individual techniques, aggressive playing style, and the ability to sniff out goals are Hao's advantages. At the age of 13, Duy Hao was discovered by SLNA and recruited directly into the SLNA U13 team last year.

Also in 2018, the remaining 2 players recruited to SLNA were Nguyen Trong Son and Le Dinh Long Vu. Nguyen Trong Son is from Kenh village, Cam Thanh commune (Cam Xuyen) and is only 11 years old this year, while Le Dinh Long Vu is from Thach Tan commune (Thach Ha).
In 2018, SLNA U11 players successfully defended the National U11 Championship after defeating Hung Yen U11 in the penalty shootout in the final match. This achievement had a significant contribution from 5 Ha Tinh players: Tran Quoc Hoa, Phan Minh Tu, Vo Ta Tuan Anh, Nguyen Anh Dung and Nguyen Dinh Chien Thang.
Recently, U15 SLNA defeated U15 Thanh Hoa to lift the 2019 National U15 Championship trophy for the second consecutive time. And in that achievement, there was a significant contribution from 3 players from Ha Tinh, currently training at the SLNA youth training center, including: Striker Phan Duy Hao, striker Do Trong Hai and midfielder Le Diep Huy Hoang. In the final match, Phan Duy Hao was the player who headed the opening score of the match, helping U15 SLNA have an overwhelming advantage over the young team from Thanh Hoa.
At this time, at the National U13 Finals taking place in Nghe An, the U12 SLNA and U13 SLNA teams entered the finals together, Nguyen Trong Son, Le Dinh Long Vu and Trinh Cong Hau were the faces of Ha Tinh in the U13 SLNA squad.
Among them, defender Long Vu (number 4) is coach Le Van Hung's number 1 choice for the central defender position. In the SLNA U12 team, Tran Quoc Hoa, Nguyen Anh Dung, Phan Minh Tu, Nguyen Dinh Chien Thang and Vo Ta Tuan Anh also affirmed their talents.

Player Tran Quoc Hoa (number 10) was the player who scored the decisive goal in the semi-final match against U13 PVF, while Nguyen Trong Son was the one who scored the equalizer to tie 1-1, contributing greatly to helping U13 SLNA make a dramatic comeback against SHB Da Nang.
According to Coach Nguyen Ngoc Anh (in charge of recruitment), SLNA is currently nurturing nearly 15 young talents from Ha Tinh. Evaluating the young players of Ha Tinh, this coach said: “The young players of Ha Tinh have all proven their abilities, many of whom have made great contributions to the U12, U13 or U15 SLNA teams. Because Nghe An and Ha Tinh share the same language, tradition and identity, they can easily integrate without any barriers.”
With the ability and potential that these boys have shown, the opportunity to wear the SLNA shirt to compete in V.League, the top playground of Vietnamese football, is very open. SLNA is a team with a rich traditional identity and the fact that Phi Son's fellow countrymen chose SLNA as a launching pad makes the team more and more full of Nghe An's character./.
