Vegetable

Vegetables, especially “dense” ones like potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, zucchini… should not be put in the microwave, because they will almost certainly explode. This can be prevented by poking holes in the vegetable with chopsticks before putting it in the microwave.
Carrot
Absolutely do not put carrots in the microwave, because carrots contain iron, magnesium and selenium; therefore, carrots will quickly turn into flames with many "beautiful" green, red, yellow colors and damage the oven.
Chilli
Chili peppers are also not the ideal food to put in the microwave. When the chili peppers are heated, the spicy compound capsaicin will evaporate and escape, causing eye and throat irritation when exposed, even making you tear up, causing a very uncomfortable feeling.
Egg
When you put an egg in a microwave, the temperature of the liquid inside the egg will increase and the hot air will not have a place to escape, so the egg will explode. The best way to cook it is to crack the egg, put it in a heat-resistant container, pierce the yolk with a fork to let the steam escape, and wrap it in plastic wrap (microwave-safe).
Bread
When you put bread in the microwave, after a few seconds the bread will become dry and hard and difficult to swallow. Therefore, if you want to reheat bread, it is better to put it in the oven.
Tomato sauce
While putting sauce in the microwave isn’t as dangerous as other foods, hot sauce can splatter and mess up your microwave. When reheating tomato sauce, cover the container with wax paper to keep your microwave clean.
Wine and champagne
It should be noted that this type of drink should never be microwaved, no matter how much, even in sauces, because like other drinks, alcohol of all kinds will turn into a bomb, easily exploding, damaging the oven and burning food.
Water
Never try to boil water in a microwave oven as this is very dangerous, because the microwaves heat the water but prevent bubbles from forming. When you take the water out of the oven, the bubbles will burst and splash into your face, causing burns. To prevent this, when you put a cup of water in to boil, add a tea bag (remember to remove the thumbtack) or a wooden stirrer and when you open the oven door, let it stand for a while for the temperature to equalize before taking the cup of water out.
Paper bags
Do not put paper bags or newspapers in the oven, because it is not only unsanitary but can also cause a fire and produce toxic gases that contaminate food.
Metal kitchen utensils
Do not put metal kitchen utensils such as spoons, forks, cups and even aluminum foil wrapped food in the microwave, because these utensils will cause an explosion in the microwave.
