Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Head of Faculty of Agriculture - Forestry - Fisheries:

"Established in 2001, the Faculty of Agriculture - Forestry - Fisheries is one of the "youngest" faculties of Vinh University. Each year, the faculty trains 200 - 300 highly qualified engineers, contributing to bringing scientific advances to traditional fields that are mainly carried out by manual methods. The faculty has conducted many scientific researches, with products that have not been commercialized but have been brought to farmers, for example: Trichoderma microbial preparations to prevent plant diseases; insect parasitic fungi; techniques for raising catfish, banana fish;... Towards the Party Congresses at all levels, the collective of cadres, lecturers and students of the faculty are determined to further improve the quality of teaching and learning, promote practicality and contribute to the good implementation of Resolution 7 of the Central Committee on agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This is also a contribution to the implementation of Resolution 26 of the Politburo, making Nghe An a fairly developed province in the country".

“With the view that students are the central figures in the school, in recent years, student management has always received attention and direction from the Party Committee. The Department of Political Affairs and Students has advised the school to implement the contents and solutions according to Regulation 42 of the Ministry of Education and Training. In particular, there are a number of specific solutions such as: coordinating with units, teams, groups inside and outside the school to organize propaganda activities in various forms on major holidays and important current events; organizing political activities, student democracy conferences and direct dialogue with the Principal; establishing a One-Stop Department to quickly and publicly handle procedures and records for students; promoting student autonomy both in studying at school and in living in the locality where they reside;... To improve the effectiveness of student management, contributing to improving the quality of training, it is required that managers must promptly update and grasp information, thoughts, and aspirations of students. students. In addition, there needs to be close connection between departments, teams, groups, and units inside and outside the school to create a uniform environment for students to study and live in a healthy way.

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien - Head of Education Department:

During the past term, with the strong, accurate and objective direction, the school's Party Committee continued to direct the issuance of a number of breakthrough resolutions. Therefore, the scale and quality of training in all majors and levels in the school were maintained and stabilized, and the school's Party members were assured and proud to study, work, create and contribute in a prestigious and high-quality educational environment.

The new term, with new momentum and motivation, in the context of the Education sector promoting the implementation of Resolution 29 on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education. We, the Party members of the Faculty of Education, always hope that the Party Committee of the school will pay attention and focus on human and material resources to have more scientific research topics on education. The immediate goal is to meet the need to renew textbooks, while also creating a solid foundation for Vinh University to be one of the 16 key national universities to maintain its brand in training high-quality pedagogical human resources.
