As a long-time investor in Nghe An, I believe that what Tecco Company has achieved today in Nghe An also comes from "heavenly time, favorable location, and harmony" in Nghe An. Tecco is currently headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City and has many branches in Hai Phong, Hanoi, the Central Highlands, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, of which in Nghe An, Tecco has built a strong brand in the field of real estate construction. Harmony between the rights and obligations of investors and the economic and social development of the locality is the right thing to do. Only when investors prosper and "stand" can the locality develop. We see that our province has made many administrative reforms to create more favorable conditions for investors. However, when businesses are operating, the province also needs to continue to create favorable conditions, especially when businesses, for some reason, have to temporarily suspend operations to overcome difficulties, to avoid the situation where businesses suffer heavy losses due to long-term bank interest, workers have no income due to unemployment, and the locality and province lose revenue... For example, our Lam Loc Company, which was allowed by the Provincial People's Committee to exploit stone at the Ru Dai quarry (in Nghi Lam commune), lacked some procedures and environmental issues that have been resolved. (The shortcomings have been confirmed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Public Security, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Construction and other competent authorities) but for nearly a year now, production and business have not been resumed, causing great damage to the Company, workers and related parties.
