Mine explosion in Quang Ninh, 4 people died

At around 6:00 a.m. on July 2, while installing a scraper system at the basic construction tunnel of Nam Khe Tam area, Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city, belonging to 86 One Member Co., Ltd. (Dong Bac Corporation), a methane gas fire occurred, killing 4 workers.

Rescue workers brought the victims to safety.

The victims were Tran Van Trinh, born in 1987, from Thuy Son commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province; Nguyen The Anh, born in 1989, from Hop Ly commune, Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province; Hoang Van Trong, born in 1987, from Thieu Quang commune, Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province; Le Kim Long, born in 1985, from Hoang Long commune, Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province.

All 4 workers are level 3/7 miners.

At around 8:30 a.m., one victim was taken out but died. The force has now reached 3 victims and confirmed them dead. However, the temperature in the furnace after the explosion was too hot, so the victims' bodies have not been removed from the furnace./.

According to VOV-M
