(Baonghean) - The dream of becoming a teacher and standing on the podium motivated Nguyen Manh Hung to always strive, study, and train well while still in school. After becoming a teacher at Nghe An University of Economics, Mr. Hung continued to improve his knowledge, actively participate in social activities, and work alongside colleagues and students to bring about positive results in teaching and learning.

For many students, political theory is a dry subject. But that perception disappears after listening to Professor Nguyen Manh Hung, a lecturer in the Political Theory Department at Nghe An University of Economics, who imparts his knowledge with the wisdom and enthusiasm of a true educator. In Professor Hung's lectures, students actively participate in discussions, expressing their viewpoints and opinions. “Professor Hung has solid professional skills and a persuasive ability to convey knowledge. Besides applying information technology in his teaching, he also employs various methods such as group discussions on specific topics and field trips with students… Professor Hung’s political theory classes are always fun, lively, and engaging, creating enthusiasm for us,” said Tran Thi Duyen, a K10-02 business accounting student.

To deliver high-quality lessons, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung constantly hones and supplements his knowledge in both theory and practice, and strives to find the most effective teaching methods. Besides excelling in his professional work, Mr. Hung is also a dynamic Youth Union official. To create opportunities for students, he and the School's Youth Union Executive Committee have launched many movements encouraging students to participate in sports, mass cultural activities, and especially volunteer activities for the community. As the Deputy Secretary of the School's Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung directly participates in programs such as supporting students during exam season, the "Green Summer" program, and blood donation drives. At the same time, he constantly innovates the Youth Union movement with many initiatives and experiences suitable for the school's students, creating a playground and environment for students to train and learn. Thanks to this, Nghe An University of Economics is one of the leading units in the volunteer movement.

Every year, the Student Union registers students to participate in activities to help local communities, especially mountainous and remote districts, such as building roads, cleaning up the environment, teaching, and participating in voluntary blood donation. For his contributions to professional work and the Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung has received commendations and certificates of merit from the Central Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union. He was honored by the Provincial Youth Union as a young person following Uncle Ho's teachings in 2013 and an outstanding young teacher in 2014.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Anh, Vice Principal of Nghe An University of Economics, commented: “Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung is a young teacher, but he has solid expertise and effective teaching methods.
