2015 is the final year of implementing the 5-year socio-economic development plan 2011 - 2015, the year of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015 - 2020 term. At the same time, urging districts to urgently complete licensing of public electronic game service points according to Decision 44/2014 of the Provincial People's Committee; implementing the trial installation of 10 satellite receivers for poor and near-poor households in Tuong Duong... conducting construction quality inspection of BTS stations, completing dossiers of BTS stations in the premises of the commune People's Committee headquarters; informing districts about the status of electromagnetic exposure inspection of BTS stations...

The representative of Viettel Nghe An branch said that there needs to be a coordination mechanism between the telecommunications, electricity and transportation sectors in the construction and upgrading of telecommunications systems to achieve the best results.

Comrade Tran Van Hung - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper spoke, requesting the Department of Information and Communications to have a monthly propaganda orientation earlier; strictly handle the copyright infringement of some electronic information sites. In handling the issues raised by the newspaper, it is possible to choose some typical cases to organize dialogues to clarify the issues.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, comrade Ho Quang Thanh explained a number of issues raised by delegates at the connection points. He requested localities to closely review internet service points and public games according to Decision 44. Points that do not meet the conditions for granting certificates must be resolutely handled, dismantled, or converted to business forms. On the other hand, telecommunications enterprises must strictly comply with state regulations in the process of building and upgrading telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and urban aesthetics...

In the coming time, the information and communication work will continue to focus on implementing the National Target Program "Bringing information to mountainous, remote, border and island areas"; implementing the project to support satellite dishes for poor and near-poor households in communes with low television signal after approval; implementing investment in grassroots radio stations in communes, wards and towns in the province. Strive for industry revenue to reach and exceed the 2015 plan of 3,365 billion VND; the province's telephone subscriber density is expected to reach 145 subscribers/100 people; making efforts to build and complete information infrastructure, creating a foundation for e-Government development.
