(Baonghean.vn) - Pha Lom is a particularly difficult village in the border commune of Tam Hop, Tuong Duong district. To help children pursue education, many teachers from the lowlands have come to the village to teach.

Pha Lom, Tam Hop commune, is about 10km from the commune center and about 14km from the Vietnam - Laos border. On rainy days, it takes nearly half a day to get to the village. The village has 111 households, 585 people, of which 43 are poor. |

Standing here, in the 2019 - 2020 school year, Pha Lom school has nearly 100 Mong students, divided into 6 classes, including 2 class 1. The school has 6 teachers. |

Because of their limited contact with the outside world, teaching children to read and speak Vietnamese is difficult. |
