(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 15, Yen Khe was the first commune in Con Cuong district to receive the Certificate of recognition for meeting the new rural standards awarded by the People's Committee of Nghe An province. Comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy of the Provincial Steering Committee for New Rural Areas attended and awarded the certificate.
