Female doctor always devoted to the people

(Baonghean) -In 1994, after graduating from Thai Binh Medical University, majoring in general medicine, Ms. Vi Thi Huong worked at Con Cuong District Medical Center and quickly gained the trust of colleagues and patients. In August 2000, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Medical Center and then Deputy Director of the Southwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital.

With 16 years of working in the medical field, including 10 years as a manager and a professional, she has experienced almost all the difficulties of the profession. Mountainous healthcare is extremely difficult, with many epidemics, poor people, lack of facilities, and difficult living conditions for employees. She and her colleagues have traveled to many villages to grasp the epidemic situation, vaccinate, and prevent epidemics to protect people's health. With responsibility and dedication to professional work, her skills have been constantly improved. She and the hospital's medical staff have built the District Medical Center into the Southwest Regional General Hospital, a trusted address for people of all ethnic groups when they are sick. In addition to taking care of her family and children, she is also passionate about studying and exchanging experiences with colleagues to help them complete their tasks well.

In 2011, she was elected by voters as a member of the 13th National Assembly. To fulfill her duties as an elected representative, she always studies and researches to grasp the policies and laws of the Party and State, and the political tasks of the locality, so that she can know and handle her work better. While taking care of her office work and often going on business trips away from home, she always arranges her time and work reasonably and harmoniously, excellently fulfilling her role as a wife and mother, and is always loved and trusted by her colleagues, friends and voters.
