- As a “newbie”, your role in “Walking in the Bright Sky” has received a lot of love from the audience since it first appeared. What do you think?

I was surprised when my role was received positively by the audience when I first appeared. Currently, I still do not expect that Ngoc Nga is loved by everyone so much!

- Is your sweet beauty natural or has there been any cosmetic surgery?

My face is completely natural! The audience may find Ngoc Nga a little different from the roles I have played. The change is due to the make-up style, hairstyle and costume of the character.

- What was the opportunity that brought Thuy Duong to this movie?

Initially, the character I was invited to participate in was not Ngoc Nga, but Mai - an undercover employee that Bao Anh (Phuong My) planted in Thai's (Vuong Anh) cafe.

On the first day when I arrived at the set to film the role of Mai, I sat down to discuss the role with director Do Thanh Son. After talking for a while, the director reconsidered and found that I was suitable for the character Ngoc Nga. The director decided to change the role right on the set so that I could take on the role of Ngoc Nga. The role really came to me very unexpectedly.

- Your role appeared when the movie had "cooled down" and the characters were "dissected", how did Thuy Duong feel?

Every role is an important factor in the film. Every opportunity that comes, I cherish. When I was given the role of Ngoc Nga, it was an opportunity and luck for me, so I just tried my best to act as well as I could. I didn't pay attention to the rest.

- Ngoc Nga in the movie is beautiful, rich, and kind, but has many misfortunes in love and work. What do you think about the saying "beauty but bad fate"?

We all know that everything in life happens for a reason. Currently, Ngoc Nga is unlucky in love, but who knows, maybe that unluckiness will lead her to meet someone more wonderful? I believe that in real life, everything that comes to you is fate. If it is not possible, you should not force it too much. Live well and develop yourself a lot, later on the sweet fruit will come naturally!

Mr. Long Vu is my senior, he supported me a lot when I first started my career.

- How is Thuy Duong's relationship with the young cast of the film? How did Long Vu and everyone support you?

In the film's cast, I had the most opportunity to work with Long Vu. In addition, Long Vu and I also had the opportunity to work together inDon't be afraid to get married just for one reason. Anh Vu is also my senior at the University of Theater and Cinema.

During the time working together, the two brothers discussed and shared many things with each other so that the two roles could be as compatible as possible. - Do you wish to have a leading role while still a student? What will you do to make this happen?

For me, main or supporting roles are not too important because each role has its own responsibility. The important thing is how I will perform when given a role. Sometimes a small but impressive supporting role can leave a deep impression on the audience.

- No one in your family is in the arts, did you have to convince your parents to let you pursue acting?What do you think of the movie?

My family is extremely supportive of my career development. In addition, my parents and everyone are a strong backing for me to freely roll around outside and still know that my family is always behind me.
