Graduated from Hanoi National University of Education in 1986, she has been working at Nghe An College of Economics and Technology (at that time Nghe Tinh College of Finance) until now. During 26 years of working as a "blackboard and white chalk" teacher, she has devoted all her teaching talent to training thousands of students. She was honored to be awarded the title of excellent teacher of the province three times and in 2003, she won the second prize for the best professional secondary school teacher nationwide, and was invited by the Department of Vocational Education (Ministry of Education and Training) to teach model classes at professional schools. As head of the school's Political Department, managing 15 lecturers, she always creates conditions for them to improve their qualifications. Thanks to that, the teaching staff of the Political Department is solid in expertise and good at their jobs. Currently, there are 3 people doing doctoral research, 6 people have master's degrees, and the collective of cadres and teachers of the Political Theory Department was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee as an excellent advanced labor collective. She is the one who has contributed to training talented students for political Olympic competitions, winning high prizes at provincial and regional competitions, participating in nearly 50 master's thesis evaluation councils, and reviewing ministerial-level topics...
Her most outstanding contribution is scientific research. Since 2000, she has participated in 1 state-level project, 2 ministerial-level projects and chaired 1 provincial-level project; edited 2 textbooks, written 3 monographs and hundreds of articles in specialized scientific journals. She is currently chairing the provincial-level scientific research project "Research and propose solutions to improve the quality of social supervision and criticism activities of the Fatherland Front and provincial-level organizations in Nghe An". In July 2012, the project completed phase 1, was classified as excellent and is preparing to enter phase 2 of practical application.
