Female teacher proposed to be disciplined for badmouthing leaders on Facebook
Hearing from an employee that a female teacher had posted bad words about the leaders on Facebook, a commune sent a document to the district requesting that she be considered for disciplinary action.
The People's Committee of Thoi Binh district (Ca Mau) has just issued a document directing the Department of Education and Training to inspect and verify the violations of a female teacher working at Tan Loc Secondary School to handle them according to regulations.
Nine days ago, the People's Committee of Tan Loc commune sent a document to the district requesting consideration of transferring this teacher to another unit outside the commune, or taking disciplinary action against her violations. Specifically, the teacher often has attitudes and behaviors that cause internal disunity; insults the honor, dignity, and reputation of others; posts bad words about colleagues on social networks; has disrespectful behaviors and attitudes towards the leaders of the commune Party Committee... The school has reminded and reviewed her, but the female teacher has not improved.
Regarding the violation of his subordinates, Tan Loc Secondary School Principal Nguyen Van Cac said that there were no images or files proving that the female teacher spoke ill of the leaders, only hearing from the staff. "The school leaders only gave their opinions, there was no disciplinary action, and the commune sent a document to the superiors, that was the commune's business," said Mr. Cac.
The content of the report on the female teacher’s violations shows that in the 2016-2017 school year, she posted on social media to badmouth the school leaders and the leaders of Tan Loc commune. After being interviewed, she acknowledged and corrected her mistakes.
However, on January 25, the school leadership received information that the teacher continued to use social media to defame and insult the honor of the leadership and colleagues, but she did not cooperate when invited to work. Therefore, the commune leadership agreed to submit to the superiors for consideration to stabilize the school's teaching and learning order.
Head of the Department of Education and Training of Thoi Binh district, Huynh Thanh Han, said that the request is being considered according to the procedure and no decision has been made yet.idea.
