Regarding the violation of his subordinates, Tan Loc Secondary School Principal Nguyen Van Cac said that there were no images or files proving that the female teacher spoke ill of the leaders, only hearing from the staff. "The school leaders only gave their opinions, there was no disciplinary action, and the commune sent a document to the superiors, that was the commune's business," said Mr. Cac.
