As previously reported, on December 5, Ms. H and her husband (living in Vinh city) were shocked to discover that Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan - the maid - had violently abused Ms. H's 1-year-old daughter while checking the security camera data at their apartment.
Accordingly, while the homeowner and her husband were away, Ms. Doan, while looking after the girl, used her hands to poke the girl’s head, tilt her upside down…, despite the victim’s continuous crying. All of these events were recorded by the camera.
