Female monster staged a scene of picking a phone in the hospital and was arrested

Pretending to invite her for a motorbike taxi ride, Thuy approached the woman, stole the phone from her pocket, then got on her accomplice's motorbike and escaped.

Hai Ba Trung District Police are detaining Le Thi Thuy (43 years old, from Thach That District) and Nguyen Phuong Anh (25 years old, from Ha Nam) to investigate the act of property theft. Police are searching for Thuy's accomplices, Pham Thi Loan (50 years old, Phuong Anh's biological mother) and Nguyen Phuong Nam (Loan's son).

Thuy is the suspect who, along with his accomplices, staged a scene to steal a Samsung phone from a woman on the street more than 3 months ago, at the gate of Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi). Thuy's actions were recorded by someone and posted on social media.

On August 24, while Phuong Anh was inviting the woman to ride a motorbike taxi, Thuy approached and stole the victim’s phone, then got on Nam’s motorbike and fled. Thuy gave the phone to Loan to sell and received 500,000 VND. Phuong Anh received 100,000 VND.

Thuy confessed that she was a drug addict and had late-stage HIV, so she often hung around the gate of Bach Mai Hospital to pickpocket. Thuy confessed that Loan also stole, but she did it independently. However, whoever stole the most had to share a portion with the other person.

Phuong Anh works as a broker and motorbike taxi driver at the hospital gate. She knew her mother and Thuy were stealing but did not report it./.
