The KIA car with license plate number 37A-06012 was traveling at high speed from Kenh Bac bridge to Vinh station and crashed straight into a motorbike going in the same direction, causing the motorbike driver (a young man about 20 years old, identity unknown) to be thrown out of the car, dragging the motorbike for about 20m, the car continued to rush onto the sidewalk, breaking the electric pole. The motorbike was completely smashed, the victim was taken to the emergency room in critical condition, the front of the car was crushed, the car flew onto the sidewalk, the base of the concrete electric pole was broken.

The car was seriously damaged, the electric pole was broken.

According to witnesses, the two soldiers driving the car were drunk. After causing the accident, the two men fled.

Immediately after the accident, traffic police were present to regulate traffic and investigate the incident.
