At around 2:30 p.m. on March 20, a serious traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Truong Thi and Phan Dang Luu streets (Vinh City). A car with license plate 37A-03618 driven by a man was traveling in the direction of Ho Tung Mau - Quang Truong Intersection. In the middle of the intersection, it crashed into a motorbike with license plate 37M1-3438 driven by a man, carrying a woman behind.

The consequence was that the two people on the motorbike fell onto the road, unconscious. The motorbike was under the front of the car, severely damaged.

Immediately after the accident, local people took the injured to the emergency room and informed the authorities to handle the incident. The cause of the incident is being investigated by Vinh City Police.
