Car crashed into canal, people broke the door to save the driver
(Baonghean.vn) - A 4-seater car was parked on the side of the road when it was hit by a truck and thrown into a canal. Fortunately, people were able to rush down in time, break the window and open the door to save the people in the car.
On July 13, information from the authorities of Quynh Thanh commune, Quynh Luu district confirmed that a traffic accident had just occurred in the area, causing a car to fall into a canal.
Initial information, at around 3:00 p.m., a 4-seat car was stopped on the inter-commune road near Quynh Thanh market bridge when it was suddenly thrown from behind by a truck traveling in the same direction into the canal, trapping the driver inside.
Discovering the incident, people nearby promptly jumped into the canal, broke the glass to open the door, and helped the driver of the 4-seat car escape safely.
According to the authorities, the initial cause was determined to be that the truck was moving when it encountered an obstacle, causing it to swerve and hit a 4-seater car.
The accident did not cause any human casualties but left the 4-seat car damaged and submerged in the canal.
The case is currently being handled by the authorities.
