Mr. Bui Van Nam returns to work as Deputy Minister of Public Security
On the afternoon of August 6, the Central Party Committee of the Public Security and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Politburo's Decision on transferring and assigning Mr. Bui Van Nam to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.

Decision No. 875-QDNS/TW dated August 5, 2013 of the Politburo on the transfer and assignment of Mr. Bui Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, to cease participating in the Provincial Party Executive Committee; to cease holding the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.
At the ceremony, Politburo member and Head of the Party Central Committee's Organization Commission To Huy Rua presented the Politburo's Decision on the transfer and assignment of work to Mr. Bui Van Nam to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Public Security.
Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister Tran Dai Quang congratulated Mr. Bui Van Nam on his appointment as Deputy Minister of Public Security. Minister Tran Dai Quang stated that before being assigned to perform the duties of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Bui Van Nam was Lieutenant General and Deputy Minister of Public Security.
After a period of direct leadership and comprehensive practical direction in the fields of socio-economics, security and national defense in the locality, Mr. Bui Van Nam has excellently fulfilled his duties and tasks, actively and effectively contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Ninh Binh province; now he continues to return to work at the Ministry of Public Security.
General Tran Dai Quang emphasized that this is the special attention of the Party and State in the work of training and building a team of officers leading and commanding the People's Public Security to strengthen the collective strength of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security in directing the work of ensuring security and order, effectively serving the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
