Erdogan: Russia offers better conditions than the US to sell missile defense systems
Russia offers Türkiye better conditions for selling its missile defense systems than the United States, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan told journalists on June 4 after prayers marking the end of the long fasting week of Uraza Bayram, as reported by Haberturk.

"The United States did not make a proposal for the Patriot complex as good as Russia did for its S-400," the Turkish leader said.
Mr Erdogan also said that the deal to buy the air defense missile system was complete and could not be amended.
“We have an agreement, we have the will,” he said, confirming that Ankara had no intention of backing out.
The President also reiterated that Türkiye will form a joint group with the United States to discuss the disagreements between the two sides regarding Russia's provision of air defense missile systems to Ankara.
