He stated that Russia's preparations to deliver S-300 air defense missile systems to Syria would increase "risks in the region," the press service of the head of the Israeli government reported.
"The Prime Minister stated that the delivery of advanced weapons into irresponsible hands would increase the risk of danger in the region," the statement added.
Mr. Netanyahu said that Israel "will continue to protect its security and interests," implying continuing the military campaign on Syrian territory.
