Mr. Pham Van Hoa: 'Building a strong district and commune government apparatus'

(Baonghean) - Mr. Pham Van Hoa - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Ky district; candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016 - 2021 term at constituency No. 24, Tan Ky districttalk about the action plan if trusted by the delegates.

I am very honored to be introduced as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term at Unit 24, in Tan Ky District. From the awareness of the responsibility of a key management officer of the District People's Committee, if I am trusted and selected by voters to be a Provincial People's Council delegate this time, I will carry out a number of key tasks:

First: Actively study, practice, cultivate yourself, live and work worthy of the role of an elected representative. Always be close to the people, fulfill all responsibilities with issues that the district's voters are interested in. Make the best use of policies, focus all resources to gradually solve difficulties and improve the material, cultural and spiritual life of the people in the area.

Second: Actively participate in the activities of the Provincial People's Council according to assigned tasks, contribute to advising on building the Provincial People's Council as the highest state power agency in the locality, and promote the role of the People's Council in the coming period.

Third: Effectively implement action programs to implement the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, especially the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council, the Resolution of the 20th District Party Congress, the Resolution of the District People's Council on the 5-year socio-economic development plan 2015-2020. Focus on directing the implementation of breakthroughs in production development, investment attraction, completion of socio-economic infrastructure, new rural construction, care for cultural development, health care, education; promote hunger eradication and poverty reduction, ensure solid national defense and security; contribute to building Nghe An province to gradually become a fairly well-off province in the North Central region, Tan Ky to become a fairly-off district in the West of the province.

Fourth: Promote administrative reform, aiming at "democracy, discipline, modernity"; focus on effectively fighting bureaucracy, arrogance, corruption, and waste; effectively perform the work of receiving people, handling complaints and denunciations, and properly resolving the legitimate aspirations of the people. Contribute to gradually building the district and commune government apparatus in the area to be increasingly perfect, effective, and better for the people.

If I am elected by voters as a representative of the Provincial People's Council, it will be a great opportunity for me to study and practice to improve my awareness in management and direction to improve my working capacity to better serve the cause of building my homeland Tan Ky in the coming period.
