Mr. Putin leads the All-Russian People's Front

The founding congress of the All-Russian People's Front (ONF) on June 12 unanimously approved the charter of the new social movement and unanimously elected Mr. Putin as the leader of the Front.

"We are not a party. We do not define membership, but we define the rules of participation in the organization. The members of our movement are mostly sympathetic people," State Duma Deputy Speaker Lyudmila Shvetsova said at the founding congress of the All-Russian People's Front.
