Mr. Trump called Mrs. Clinton 'the biggest loser'

On November 18, Mr. Trump criticized Mrs. Clinton for her recent repeated questioning of the results of the 2016 US presidential election.

"Lying Hillary Clinton is the biggest, worst loser of all time," Fox News quoted US President Donald Trump writing on Twitter. "She simply cannot stop... Hillary, get on with your life and try again in three years."

President Trump appeared to be reacting to an interview published by Mother Jones magazine on November 17, in which Hillary Clinton, his former rival in the 2016 race for the White House, expressed doubts about the election results.

Amid suspicions of Russian interference in the US presidential election, Mrs. Clinton called for an independent commission to investigate the issue. Russia's disinformation campaign "didn't just affect voters," Mrs. Clinton said. "It affected the election results."

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been leading a months-long Justice Department investigation into whether Trump colluded with Russia to interfere in the 2016 presidential election. Congress has also launched multiple investigations into the matter. Russia has denied the allegations.
