Mr. Zelensky stated that he is ready to negotiate in any form.
Earlier, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky said he understood that it was impossible to end the war diplomatically without Russia.

TASS news agency reported on February 9 that Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky declared that he is ready to participate in negotiations in any form on the condition that the US and Europe provide security guarantees.
"If I am sure that the United States and Europe will not abandon us, that they will support us and provide security guarantees, I am ready to enter into negotiations in any form," he said in an interview with British television channel ITV News when asked if he would agree to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Earlier, in an interview with Bloomberg, Mr. Zelensky admitted that it was impossible to end the war diplomatically without Russia.
According to TASS, the Russian government has repeatedly affirmed its readiness for negotiations to end the conflict in Ukraine. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stressed that the main obstacles to negotiations are Mr. Zelensky's ban on dialogue with Mr. Putin as well as proposals from the Ukrainian side that show Kiev's complete misunderstanding of the real situation.
Meanwhile, Russian President Putin has repeatedly stated that Mr Zelensky is no longer the legitimate leader and that it is important to know who in Kiev can sign legally binding documents. Mr Putin's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, also stressed that negotiations with Ukraine are possible, but the results of the negotiations must be recognized by the legitimate authorities.
