Petrolimex officially reduces diesel and kerosene prices from June 12

Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) announced that it will officially reduce the price of diesel and kerosene from 8:00 p.m. on June 12 with the following new prices: Diesel 0.05S and 0.25S both decreased by VND150/liter to VND22,530/liter and VND22,480/liter. Kerosene decreased by VND110/liter to VND22,370/liter.

The new retail price is applied at all distribution systems in Vietnam, including: Petrolimex gas stations and gas stations belonging to Petrolimex agents and general agents.

Petrolimex's representative said that the reduction in diesel and kerosene prices this time comes from the practical developments in finished oil prices on the world market during the pricing cycle, in accordance with the principles of determining selling prices in Decree 84/2009/ND-CP dated October 15, 2009 of the Government on petroleum trading and documents guiding the implementation of Decree 84 of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade.

Petrolimex member units, when issuing decisions on retail gasoline prices on their systems, must send them to the Department of Industry and Trade of the province/city and Petrolimex for reporting./.
