Associate Professor Ninh Viet Giao received the Record "The person with the most research works on Nghe An Folk Culture"
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 20, at the Nghe An Provincial Library Hall, the Vietnam Book of Records Center organized a medal and record certificate awarding ceremony for "The person with the most research works on Nghe An Folk Culture" to Associate Professor Ninh Viet Giao.
Attending were Mr. Le Tran Truong An - General Director of Vietnam Record Book Center; representatives of departments, branches and many scholars and researchers.

Born in 1933, in his career of more than 50 years of research, Associate Professor Ninh Viet Giao has published and announced 50 major research works and hundreds of other scientific articles. Among them, most of the works are about Nghe Tinh folk culture, including major works such as: Hat phuong vai, Hat dam Nghe Tinh, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh poetry and literature, Ca dao Nghe Tinh, Kho thua dan nghe xu nghe ... In 2001, Associate Professor Ninh Viet Giao was awarded the Ho Chi Minh Prize in the field of Literature and Arts.
With that massive research work, Associate Professor Ninh Viet Giao was recognized as the "Person with the most research works on Nghe An Folk Culture". Mr. Le Tran Truong An - General Director of Vietnam Book of Records Center awarded the record certificate and medal to Associate Professor Ninh Viet Giao and highly appreciated his contributions to the research treasure of Nghe An folk culture in particular and Vietnamese folk culture in general.
On this occasion, many friends, scholars and cultural researchers also presented flowers to congratulate Associate Professor Ninh Viet Giao.
