Through the work of grasping the situation, Que Phong District Police discovered that the subject Ha Van Doan (born in 1992), residing in Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district, had many suspicious signs of violating the law related todrug.
This subject had 3 previous convictions for drug crimes and property theft. Having been in and out of prison, Ha Van Doan operated with very sophisticated methods and tricks. To concentrate forces and means to fight and clarify, after reporting to the Provincial Police leaders, Que Phong District Police established a special project.
After a period of persistently implementing synchronous professional measures, at around 0:30 a.m. on September 11, 2023, at Kim Khe village, Chau Kim commune, Que Phong district police, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, the Provincial Police co-chaired and coordinated with Nghe An Customs Department to successfully break the case, control and arrest Ha Van Doan for the act of illegally buying, selling and transporting drugs. At the scene, the police seized 18,000 synthetic drug pills.
The subject and the evidence were immediately transferred to the Que Phong District Police Headquarters to assist in the investigation and clarification. Initially, the subject Ha Van Doan confessed to the crime.
