According to a new decision approved by the Prime Minister, by 2030, 75% of state management agencies and local authorities at all levels will have female key leaders.

On December 31, 2020, the Prime Minister issuedDecision No. 2282/QD-TTgApproved the Program "Enhancing women's equal participation in leadership and management positions at policy-making levels for the 2021-2030 period".
Accordingly, the Program strives to reach 60% by 2025 and 75% by 2030, with key female leaders in state management agencies and local authorities at all levels.
