Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired.
According to the report of the Department of Construction, as of July 5, 2012, 24,695 houses have been built in the province, reaching a rate of approximately 90%. The total capital allocated is 469.6032 billion VND, of which the budget capital is 237.4512 billion VND; the policy bank loan is 232.152 billion VND. The total disbursed capital is 372.2776 billion VND. Although the Provincial People's Committee has issued many documents urging and directing, the provincial departments have directly worked with the districts to inspect, guide, and remove difficulties and obstacles, but up to now, many districts have not implemented the support progress well. The Chairman of the District People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee of some districts lack determination in directing and operating. The commune-level steering committee has not yet had a specific plan or plan to support each household according to the direction and guidance of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 2497/UBND - CN.
Comrade Le Xuan Dai spoke at the meeting.
At the meeting, the districts reported specifically the number of houses that have been built, the number of houses under construction, explained the reasons for the slow progress, and proposed specific solutions to complete the goals as planned.
Concluding the meeting, comrade Le Xuan Dai acknowledged: Despite the difficulties, in the past time, the provincial steering committee and sectors and localities have had strong direction, so many poor households now have houses. With the goal of completing the plan before August 30, 2012, the assignment of direction by sectors and localities needs to be more thorough and strong. Districts need to review data, adjust and allocate funds reasonably, objectively, and for the right subjects. The Department of Construction and the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs must complete the appraisal of the application files for additional subjects of the districts, advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to adjust the number of poor households receiving housing support before July 20, 2012. Based on the Decision on additional adjustment, the Department of Finance will review the support level of each subject to make reasonable and timely adjustments.
