Phan Thiet is brilliant before the opening day of the Hot Air Balloon Festival

With the message of Binh Thuan “Blue Sea-White Sand-Yellow Sunshine”, the first Vietnam International Hot Air Balloon Festival - Binh Thuan 2012 will officially open on the morning of August 31, at route 706B, Phan Thiet city.
At the festival, 21 international standard hot air balloons with different shapes and colors will compete in the sky of the coastal city at an altitude of 100-200m. Pilots of the hot air balloons are from 12 countries and territories such as the US, the Netherlands, the UK...
In addition to the hot air balloon performance, visitors will also witness performances by Vietnamese paragliders as well as kite and model airplane performances; lantern effect performance (lighting up hot air balloons); “fire dragon” performance through vehicles carrying fire baskets; and professional art performances.
