Actor Quoc Tuan's reaction when being called 'Chi Pheo'

A recording of a heated conversation between actor Quoc Tuan and 'tycoon' Nguyen Thuy Nguyen is being widely spread online and causing outrage because of the vulgar language.

On September 29, in the third dialogue with the staff of Vietnam Feature Film Studio at the headquarters at 4 Thuy Khue, Mr. Nguyen Thuy Nguyen - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vivaso (the new owner of the Studio) had a heated argument with the artists, requesting 'not to speak carelessly'.

The climax of this meeting was the statement that severely insulted actor Quoc Tuan, which made many people angry. This statement of Mr. Thuy Nguyen was recorded by the artists and the technical department as evidence.

Mr. Nguyen said: "Here, comrade Tuan cries everywhere he goes. I'm afraid that somewhere the artist will cry so much that he hangs himself. I'm making a backup plan. I'll tell you the truth, Quoc Tuan, people call you Chi Pheo."

Actor Quoc Tuan shared that after this insulting statement, he left the meeting. Responding to VietNamNet, actor Quoc Tuan said: "I do not need to comment on his statements because those statements themselves speak for themselves and the public will judge. I only ask the journalist to forward this question to the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, who selected this boss for the Vietnam Feature Film Studio."
