According to local people, at the above time, the truck with license plate 77H-9297 was traveling from Hanoi to Vinh when reaching the above area, it encountered a passenger car traveling in the same direction in front of it, suddenly braking due to an obstacle in front. At this time, another truck with license plate 37N-5262 traveling behind the truck with license plate 77H-9297, was so surprised by the situation of the car being cornered that it crashed head-on into the rear of the truck with license plate 77H-9297. As a result, the left side of the front cabin of the truck with license plate 37N-5262 was dented.

Immediately after the accident, Quynh Luu district police quickly arrived at the scene to measure and fix the accident. At the same time, they let the two drivers of the two trucks leave the scene to ensure smooth traffic.
