The contest aims to create a healthy and intellectual playground for children. Contestants are children under 16 years old, living and studying in Nghe An. The content of the contest is to draw pictures on the theme of homeland, country, love for Uncle Ho, national liberation heroes, grandparents, parents, friends and teachers; about children's learning and playing, environmental protection, traffic safety, peace protection, children and the implementation of the rights of the children convention...
The contest was launched on December 28, 2012, the time to receive entries starts on March 15, 2013 and ends on December 30, 2013.
