Launching the contest "Learning about the life and career of comrade Nguyen Tiem"

(Baonghean) - Towards the 100th anniversary of the birth of comrade Nguyen Tiem - the first Provincial Party Secretary of Nghe An (November 10, 1912 - 2012), the Standing Committee of Nam Dan District Youth Union in coordination with Nam Dan 2 High School organized the launching ceremony of the contest "Learning about the life and career of comrade Nguyen Tiem".

The contest is organized in two forms: Multiple choice test and written test. For the multiple choice test, each week the contest organizers will give 3 questions with available multiple choice answers, including one correct answer. Contestants can access the website: Nguyentiemnamdan.com and select the category "Contest to learn about the life and career of comrade Nguyen Tiem - the first Provincial Party Secretary of Nghe An" to take the contest. The multiple choice test time via the website is implemented from the launch to 10:00 on October 30, 2012, the weekly test time is calculated from 10:00 on Monday to 10:00 on Sunday. Each week there are 7 prizes including 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 2 Third prizes and 3 Consolation prizes with a total prize value of 2,400,000 VND. For the writing competition, in the form of an essay, the author's entries must be works that have not been published in any books, newspapers or magazines. The entries must be in Vietnamese, handwritten or typed, with a maximum length of 3,000 words, presented on A4 paper. The deadline for submission is October 30, 2012. The Organizing Committee will award the writing competition prize on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Comrade Nguyen Tiem's ​​birth.
