Quynh Luu is identified as a key area for illegal trading, storage, and use of prohibited weapons, explosives, support tools, fireworks, and dangerous toys. Therefore, in recent years, in order to strictly implement the directives of superiors, making an important contribution to ensuring political security and maintaining social order and safety in the area, the district Party Committee and People's Committee have issued directives and plans to propagate and mobilize all classes of people to fight to hand over illegal weapons, explosives, support tools, fireworks, dangerous toys, and sky lanterns. This work has received the attention and support of the majority of people.

At the launching ceremony, leaders of Quynh Luu district called on and organized representatives of units and localities in the area to sign a commitment to deploy propaganda and mobilization work to mobilize all people to hand over weapons, explosives, support tools, illegal fireworks, electric shockers, violent toys and sky lanterns, with special attention before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2014.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the forces participated in the parade from Cau Giat town to Quynh Thuan commune to propagate to all classes of people to understand that this is an important work, bringing happiness and peace to everyone, ensuring social security and safety, building a healthy living environment without social evils and accidents.
