Launching the new rural construction movement
On May 7, 2011, Nam Anh commune (
Along with Kim Lien and Nam Trung, Nam Anh commune is one of three communes chosen by Nam Dan district as a point for building new rural areas and is also the first locality to hold the launching ceremony. Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the District Party Committee Secretaries, District People's Committee Chairmen, and representatives of communes and towns in the district.
Through investigation and comparison with the national criteria for building new rural areas, Nam Anh commune has achieved 12/17 criteria. To complete the criteria and targets for building new rural areas, the commune has set out an implementation plan for each year.
From now until 2015, we will strive to build each criterion, and from 2015 to 2020, we will continue to complete 100% of the criteria set's contents, consolidate and upgrade the items to be more modern and civilized.
At the launching ceremony, representatives of 9 hamlets and departments, branches and organizations of the commune signed a registration agreement to compete to successfully implement 19 criteria and 39 contents of new rural construction in the 2011-2020 period./.
