Launching emulation to successfully complete the 2021 provincial defense area exercise

Pursuant to the Directive of the Commander of Military Region 4, the Directive of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Plan of the Provincial People's Committee on leadership and organization of the provincial defense area drill and 5 districts and Cua Lo town to practice mobilizing human resources and ships according to Decree 30 and 130 of the Government in 2021.

Up to this point, the Provincial Defense Area Exercise Steering Committee and the districts of Nghi Loc, Anh Son, Do Luong, Que Phong, Quy Chau; Cua Lo Town have practiced mobilizing human resources and ships according to Decree 30 and 130 of the Government, doing well in all preparations.

In particular, the Steering Committees for the drills at all levels have issued directives and resolutions to decide on the establishment of steering committees, subcommittees to assist, assign roles in the drills, build a system of documents; survey, plan and build command posts, identify drill areas, build a system of battlefield fortifications; Organize the assignment of specific tasks to agencies, units and localities participating in the drills to ensure compliance with procedures; Prepare adequate facilities, means and techniques, practice live-fire plans, and be ready to enter the 2021 defense area drill.

With the theme "Solidarity, coordination, achievement, determination to win", the 2021 provincial defense area exercise task was successfully completed. Within 30 days, from July 29 to August 27, 2021, agencies and units signed an emulation agreement to successfully complete the exercise task with the following contents: 100% of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces are deeply aware of the importance of the defense area exercise task; 100% of Party committees and commanders of agencies and units have a firm grasp of the exercise intention, fully and qualitatively develop a system of documents and plans suitable to the exercise intention of their unit; Organize full and thoughtful preparation of the exercise command post, exercise documents, practice exercises close to reality, safely, economically and achieve the highest results.

Promote the combined strength, closely coordinate with forces, localities and units in the exercise, especially in coordinating the handling of situations; 100% of agencies, units, officers and soldiers strictly comply with regulations on internal political protection, ensuring absolute safety of people, vehicles, weapons and technical equipment; Ensure good logistics, finance, material and spiritual life for soldiers and forces participating in the exercise.
