(Baonghean.vn) - Today (October 3), implementing Instruction No. 1057/HD-CCT of the Political Department of Military Region 4, the Provincial Military Command organized the launching ceremony of the high-point emulation "Forever the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers", as a point to draw experience for units in the entire Military Region.

Attending the event were Major General Tran Tien Dung - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4, Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Provincial Military Command, Military Commands of districts, cities and affiliated units.

This is a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, the 25th anniversary of the National Defense Day and the Military Region's Emulation Congress to Win. As a part of the national armed forces, Nghe An Armed Forces is always honored and proud of the revolutionary fighting tradition of the nation, the army and the heroic Soviet homeland. Generations of cadres and soldiers who are children of Nghe An homeland have participated in combat and work, whether in Vietnam or on the battlefields of Laos and Cambodia, always upholding and promoting the indomitable tradition of their homeland, establishing many glorious feats. Therefore, Nghe An Armed Forces has been awarded the noble title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces".

This emulation campaign focuses on 5 main contents and objectives: Propaganda, education, building the highest sense of responsibility; Performing tasks with the highest quality; Democracy, good solidarity, strictest discipline; Participating in gratitude activities with the highest efficiency; Participating and organizing the implementation of the contents of the Military Region's Emulation Congress to Win (2009 - 2014) with the highest efficiency.

In order for the emulation campaign to achieve the highest possible goals, the Provincial Military Command has also identified five main measures.
