10 royal decrees discovered in Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district
Recently, during a field trip to Nghi Cong Nam commune (Nghi Loc district, Nghe An), the Nghi Loc district Department of Culture and Information discovered 10 precious royal decrees kept at Cao Son De Nhat Temple, Truyen Thon village, Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district. The earliest royal decree was from the 44th year of Canh Hung reign (1783), exactly 230 years ago, the latest was from the 2nd year of Khai Dinh reign (1917).

These 10 royal decrees spanned 7 different reigns, including Canh Hung, Thieu Tri, Tu Duc, Dong Khanh, Thanh Thai, Duy Tan, Khai Dinh. All of these royal decrees were preserved intact, with clear content and beautiful patterns on the paper. The content of these decrees was to consecrate the god Cao Son Cao Cac and the tutelary gods of Truyen Thon village, Hai Do commune, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province (now Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An). These are documents of historical and cultural value that need to be further studied and researched.
