(Baonghean.vn) -On May 26, the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy port discovered and detained a vehicle with license plate number BV 6947-TS, captained by Pham Van Phuc, transporting 20 tourists from Cua Lo beach to visit Ngu Island without a business license.

Then, at 10:30 a.m. on May 27, the police arrested the vehicle NA 0548-TS, captained by Dau Van Son (45 years old, residing in Block 1, Thu Thuy Ward, Cua Lo Town), transporting 53 tourist passengers from Lan Chau Island to visit Ngu Island without a business license.

The practice of transporting passengers without a license is extremely dangerous and poses a potential risk of accidents. The unit has based on Decree 60 of the Government to strictly handle violations to deter and remind the subjects.
