Accordingly, on the morning of August 2, some residents living on Ngo Duc Ke Street near a 2-story house behind the alley smelled a strong odor. When people approached to check, they discovered a dead man on the first floor of the house.

When people reported the news to local authorities and broke the door, they discovered another woman dead on the bed on the second floor.
