Baby found in plastic bag in home garden

Accordingly, at around 4:00 p.m. on September 21, while going out to the garden, Mr. Tr. and his wife, residing in Hamlet 6, Lien Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, heard the sound of a baby crying. When they went closer to check, they discovered a baby boy in a plastic bag.
The information was then reported to local authorities.
At the commune health station, the baby weighs more than 3 kg, is in normal health, has a handsome face, and is currently being cared for here.
