Than Linh Commune Police supported the emergency care of a boy with a brain injury during the storm.
While on duty at the base, Than Linh Commune Police (Nghe An Province) received a phone call from a local resident asking for help to take his son to the emergency room. Immediately, the police used a specialized vehicle to promptly take the victim to the hospital.
Previously, at around 3:00 p.m. on August 25, VVT (born 2010), residing in Nghi Hung 1 hamlet, Than Linh commune, Nghe An province, while reinforcing the roof with his family to protect the house from...storm number 5then suddenly slipped and fell, causing severe head injury.
After the child had an accident, the child's mother contacted a private car and local services to take the child to the emergency room. However, due to the complicated storm situation, unable to contact a means of transportation, Ms. Lan called the Than Linh Commune Police directly to ask for help.
Immediately after receiving the request, the Commune Police officers and soldiers quickly arrived to support the family. The journey on the road encountered many difficulties due to the distance traveled in the stormy weather, strong winds and many deeply flooded roads. At 3:30 p.m. the same day, T. was taken to the Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment.
Thanks to this support, T. was promptly treated at the hospital. The child's mother was very grateful when the Commune Police arrived promptly and used a specialized vehicle to take her child to the medical facility.
