On the evening of August 25, in response to the extremely dangerous developments of storm No. 5, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued an urgent dispatch requesting all levels and sectors to focus on emergency response measures, emphasizing the evacuation of people and empowering the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to decide to restrict the movement of people and vehicles.
In the context of storm No. 5 with very strong intensity moving rapidly towards the mainland of Nghe An province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has issued urgent instructions to implement the Prime Minister's urgent dispatch.
