In the immediate future, localities need to mobilize forces to clear fallen trees and road obstructions to ensure smooth and safe traffic on the routes. For mountainous areas, where there are culverts and spillways, it is necessary to put up warning signs and arrange for people to be on duty to guide traffic participants to safety.
